High school diploma and a minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience in instrumentation, controls, electronics, mechanical, or electrical systems; OR 6 years of related industrial maintenance experience in lieu of a diploma.
Experience in at least three of the following areas: refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, or food manufacturing process controls.
Knowledge of equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance practices.
Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and control system diagrams and documentation.
Basic computer proficiency, including maintenance management systems and email communication.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
