BS in Acoustical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on acoustics, or other equivalent field of study

Knowledge of Industry Standards (Military, ASTM, SAE, etc.)
Material Processing Knowledge (Machining and Fabrication)

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance

Experience with noise and vibration control of equipment with rotating parts and the ability to make design phase contributions leading to an improved final product is an asset
Exposure to equipment requiring shock and vibration testing is an asset
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, reports, and specifications
