High school diploma or GED in a technical/scientific field required; college education preferred.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in complex computer hardware assembly or a related manufacturing environment.
Relevant certifications or training in product assembly or computer-related fields; experience with electronics or PCBA assembly is a plus.
Proficient in using basic mechanical assembly tools, including hand tools, power drivers, and torque drivers.
Ability to read and follow detailed technical instructions, SOPs, and BOMs.
Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong multitasking and time management skills to handle changing production schedules.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, and reach with hands and arms regularly.
Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 35 lbs.; team assistance required for heavier items.
Must wear back support belt for tasks involving lifting over 35 lbs.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willingness to travel and provide offsite support when required.
