LOTO (Lock out Tag out) Experience Required.

Universal EPA Certification required or willingness to obtain.

Experience working inside occupied residential homes.
Ability to troubleshoot and complete residential service work independently.
Working knowledge of residential electrical systems, panels, breakers, circuits, grounding, and code requirements.
Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners.
Comfortable explaining technical findings and presenting repair options.
Ability to use a tablet, smartphone, digital forms, and field-service software.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
Reliable transportation to the Torrance reporting location.
Ability to work Monday through Friday during standard service hours.
Ability to work safely on ladders and in attics, crawl spaces, confined areas, and outdoor conditions.
