Strong project and program management skills with experience leading complex ERP or Oracle Fusion implementation programs.

Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion business processes and implementation activities across modules.

Demonstrated ability to manage SI vendors, hold delivery partners accountable, and ensure vendor work products meet business, technical, quality, and timeline expectations.

Minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing enterprise technology projects, with demonstrated experience leading ERP, Oracle Fusion, or large-scale business transformation initiatives across one or more modules.

Experience managing an ERP system integration (SI) vendor or external consulting partner for an end-to-end implementation.

Experience working directly with business leaders and process owners to align project delivery with business priorities, operating model changes, process standardization, and adoption goals.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Experience in manufacturing, plant operations, commercial products, finance, supply chain, or enterprise operations is preferred.

PMI, PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications are preferred.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar planning and delivery management tools is preferred.

Advanced degree highly desirable.
