High School Diploma or equivalent.
The ability to work in such conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation, is an essential function of the position
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift) on a manufacturing floor
Frequent use of hands for handling, sanding, polishing, grinding, and finishing parts
Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials weighing up to 25-50 pounds, with or without assistance
Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required to operate finishing tools and equipment
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators, gloves, safety glasses, and protective clothing
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include exposure to dust, fumes, noise, chemicals, and varying temperatures
Ability to distinguish colors, finishes, and surface defects as needed for quality inspection
Sufficient vision (with or without correction) to inspect detailed parts and surfaces
Ability to safely operate finishing equipment such as grinders, sanders, bead blasters, or similar tools
