1 – 3 years' experience conducting/ leading training, including On-The-Job training, or similar, in a manufacturing environment preferred

2 – 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Knowledge of Learning Management Systems preferred

Microsoft Office Experience Preferred– Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Certificate from college or technical school; or six to twelve months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Basic Level - Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, plus knowledge and experience with Machine Control Programming.

The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
