High school diploma/GED required
Must be mechanically inclined -good intuition, strong dexterity, excellent hand-eye coordination and experience with hand tools and basic power tools.
Ability to read blueprints and drawings and follow directions required.
Must be highly organized and attentive to detail, with ability to work under time constraints.
Good understanding of quality principles and math.
Strong verbal communication skills needed. Must be able to respond to others and ask questions appropriately.
Ability to read and interpret information.
Must be professional and accountable.

Must be able to lift - up to 100 Lbs.
Maintains equipment in good condition.
Keeps records of production quantities and time.
