Experience working with 480, 240 and 110v, DC power, and control circuits.

Mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic experience is required.

High level working knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and failure diagnostics.

Extensive knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repair of AC and DC drives, motor controls, PLC equipment, controls, and electro/mechanical devices.

Read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical diagram's ability to use basic sketches to convey ideas.

Knowledge to install and maintain equipment, machinery, motors, drives, conveyors, switches, blades, bearings, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems

H.S. Diploma or GED required

Able to work all shifts, if needed

General knowledge and experience with chemical process systems including but not limited to pumps, valves, piping, control devices, gauges, and regulators is a plus.

Arc Flash experience preferred

3 to 4 years plant manufacturing experience preferred

Two-year technical degree, Vocational, or Apprenticeship Program preferred.
