Degree in Engineering with a minimum of eight+ years of experience in a manufacturing of consumer goods environment of which two years must include managerial responsibilities
A minimum of 5+ years department level supervisory experience expected
Previous experience with any of the following: welding, powder coat painting, or progressive assembly processes
Experience with team building, project oversight, and developing quality procedures
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings expected
Working conditions - Combination of office work and on-the-floor observation and process changes. Will include sitting, standing, and walking. May periodically include lifting of up to 40 lb.
SAP experience preferred, but experience in any ERP system acceptable
