Primarily between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week

Operating hours are subject to change and will likely scale up during periods of peak customer demand, such as tax season

Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.

Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training, proficiency-based up-skilling, cross-training of other products or offerings, and professional development

Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms.

Must be willing to use your name, picture for advertising on goggle.

Proficient with technology, including tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.

Must reside within the United States.

Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.

Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus

Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

3+ cumulative years of experience with industrial, municipal, or commercial engineering including but not limited to the following sectors: data centers, power generation, oil/gas facilities. (Experienced Engineer)

Must have a valid US driver's license

Reliable personal transportation by start date

Direct experience with the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of mission critical facilities, especially data centers.

Experience as resident engineer or hands-on (in the field) design consultant or owner's engineer.

Experience reading and interpreting, construction drawings, specifications, submittal documents, and applicable building codes.

Ability to carry design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment/mass production

Basic understanding of both mechanical and/or electrical equipment/design related to data centers (Including but not limited to: uninterruptable power sources, diesel generators, electrical switchgear, power distribution units, variable frequency drives, automatic/static transfer switches, chillers [air-cooled and water-cooled], pumps, cooling towers, heat exchangers, CRAHs, fans, air economizers, water treatment, etc...)

Possess data analytics skills, data querying skills/language, scripting, and comfort with working in vast amounts of data in new and evolving environments

Possess experience/knowledge in water chemistry and conventional/membrane water treatment technologies for industrial applications

EPMS/SCADA/BMS Controls system experience (software and/or hardware)
