Must be able to work 100% full-time on-site at our Lexington, TN facility.

3+ years of hands-on experience in structural packaging design, material handling, or industrial logistics within an automotive assembly, Tier-1 automotive supply, or heavy machinery manufacturing environment.

High proficiency with 3D CAD modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Artios CAD)

Direct experience working in a Lean production environment (JIT flows).

Strong familiarity with ISTA packaging compliance testing (e.g., ISTA 1A, 3A, 6-Amazon) for heavy or palletized industrial loads.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred

Associate's or bachelor's degree in industrial design, Packaging, Supply Chain Logistics, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical field experience).

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
