Minimum of five years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum of three years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Advanced knowledge of quality methodologies and quality planning tools, including:
APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
Control Plans
MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis)
SPC (Statistical Process Control)
Experience managing supplier and customer quality issues.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, standards, and test requirements.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and quality-related software systems.
Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, suppliers, customers, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results through influence and collaboration.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high sense of urgency and ownership.
