Associate degree in Diesel Engine Technology or equivalent industry experience
Minimum six (6) years of industry or military experience working on medium-speed diesel engines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Flexibility to support customer and operational needs outside of standard business hours when required
