The incumbent must be able to access and safely navigate production areas which may include climbing, kneeling, stooping, and working in confined spaces.
Must also be able to comply with all requirements including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with company policy.
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 8 years directly related experience in a Quality Assurance/Quality Control role and 3 years of supervisory and/or management experience, or the overall equivalent.
Working experience operating within ISO 9001 standard.
Direct knowledge of TQM, SPC, AS9100, ISO9001 and state-of-the-art analytical quality assurance methodologies.
Management experience with a proven track record of driving quality performance.
