Technical certification from an accredited institution in electronics, electricity, refrigeration, mechanics, or a related discipline
Candidates who qualify through technical certification must have at least one year of general work experience; prior experience is not required for candidates with an associate degree.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, division, decimals, and percentages.
Basic understanding of manufacturing data and statistics.
Basic computer skills for data entry, documentation, and routine manufacturing-system transactions.
Ability to read and follow procedures, specifications, production orders, and equipment instructions.
Must be available to work assigned shifts and adjust schedules based on business needs, including Saturdays, Sundays, or other nonstandard hours when required.
