High school diploma or GED
5+ years of experience supervising electrical personnel in industrial or manufacturing environments with demonstrated ability to drive production results
Proven track record leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing settings while maintaining quality and safety standards
Extensive and documented knowledge of industrial transformers, LVMCC, HVMCC, and related electrical gear
Experience implementing process improvements that increased efficiency or reduced cycle times
Strong working knowledge of National Electrical Code and NFPA 70E
Proficiency with Microsoft Office for scheduling, reporting, and documentation
Licensed Journeyman Electrician OR Licensed Master Electrician.
Must be authorized to work in the USA.
The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
