Basic maintenance skills

Capability to troubleshoot issues and diagnose problems within the department and/or related equipment.

Emergency Medical Dispatch (Paid Certification Training provided by UT Health) – must obtain within 60 days of hire.

Accurate and compliant use of MPDS EMD protocols after training received.

Skills to apply EMD protocols over the telephone after receiving paid training.
