High School diploma or GED required
5+ years' experience in manufacturing quality with progressive responsibility
Advanced understanding of GD&T;, blueprints, engineering drawings, and dimensional inspection practices.
Strong statistical skills with experience in capability analysis (Cp/Cpk), MSA, and use of statistical software or Excel for data analysis.
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with project scheduling tools preferred
Project management skills: ability to develop schedules, track milestones, manage stakeholders, and drive cross-functional teams.
