Master Sanitation Plan and other legal requirements for the food industry, including GMP's.
Must be knowledgeable regarding requirements of USDA, FDA, OTCO.
Must be knowledgeable in GMP's, HACCP, Allergens and BRC.
Must understand the 10 principles of sanitary equipment design.
Good understanding of commercial manufacturing Fresh, Frozen, and Co-packaging
Computer literate
Proficiency in: MS Office, Excel, ERP system
Undergraduate degree in Food Science or combination of education and experience.
3 or more years of Supervisory experience.
5 or more years of sanitation experience is required.
Understanding/knowledge of chemicals, pest control and auditing.
