With 12+ years of relevant industry experience
Expert-level experience with FactoryTalk Batch or comparable batch automation platforms.
Strong background in process controls and industrial automation, particularly in batch operations.
Expertise with Rockwell Automation PLCs, including ControlLogix and CompactLogix.
Proficiency with FactoryTalk View and ISA-88 standards for batch control and procedural models.
Solid background in chemical process automation, including batching, dosing, mixing, and transfer systems.
Direct experience implementing or supporting CIP/SIP cleaning and sanitizing control systems.
Experience working with historian and reporting platforms, including database implementation for process data.
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs;, electrical drawings, loop sheets, and process narratives.
Knowledge of OSHA requirements and industrial safety practices.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 20–30% annually, including domestic and international travel.
