At least 25 years of service desk support experience in a corporate environment.
Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows 11 operating systems.
Strong troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Office, including Office 2016 and Microsoft 365.
Experience supporting VPN solutions and resolving remote connectivity issues.
Experience supporting mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets in a corporate environment.
Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions, including MobileIron and Intune.
Experience taking initial calls from end users and providing first-line support.
Experience working with an IT ticketing or IT service management (ITSM) system
Ability to work onsite full-time and adhere to a structured 35-hour work week.
Experience supporting Outlook and Exchange Online in a corporate environment.
Experience with Citrix-based environments and remote application delivery.
Experience supporting Zoom or similar video conferencing platforms.
Experience with iManage or other document management systems, particularly in a legal context.
