At least 5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on field operations and project delivery.
At least 3 years of experience in residential construction, preferably including custom homes and scattered site projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously, typically 8 to 12 at a time.
Hands-on understanding of residential construction disciplines, including masonry, concrete, woodwork, piping, fitting, and electrical work.
Experience conducting construction inspections and ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and codes.
Strong organizational skills to maintain up-to-date and accurate project schedules and purchase orders.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with trade partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
Commitment to high standards of quality control and customer service in residential construction environments.
Bilingual communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse teams and clients.
Experience with build-on-your-own-lot projects, including coordination of site-specific conditions and client requirements.
Background in custom home construction and residential scattered site projects.
