Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance from the ground to chest level and to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.

Able to walk and stand for designated work hours.

Able to bend and squat for designated work hours.

Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level.

Ability to maneuver packages in enclosed spaces and stack packages above one's head if required at location.

Able to work in all weather conditions if required at work location.

Able to climb stairs and ladders if required at work location.

Able to successfully complete all basic and re-currency training.

A drug screen is required.

Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Employee must possess a valid driver's license.

Training and participating in mentorship

Training provided by Wayne Brothers

40 to 60-hour work week - Frequently

Able to communicate verbally and hand signals.

Shovel stone/ dirt for pipe work

Keep grade with laser, set laser up,

Connect all fittings and apparatuses for pipe.

Understands utility testing requirements.

Understand pipe installation for water, storm, sewer.

Exhibits proficiency with hand excavation tools.

Install inlet protection and other erosion measures.

Fueling and greasing equipment

Complete or test out of level I Civil Group Training

Confine space training

Excavation training

Lifting, carrying or moving up to 90 pounds

Wearing all PPE when on any project site (e.g., Steel toed boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses, gloves, earplugs, etc.)

High School Education / GED – Preferred

Valid Driver's License – Preferred

Understands blueprints- Preferred

OSHA 10-Hour Certification – Required; training provided by Wayne Brothers
