Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or mechatronics engineering, or an associate degree (AAS) with strong electromechanical or automation experience
3+ years of hands-on automation, equipment, or manufacturing engineering experience supporting production
Strong mechanical and electromechanical troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of PLC and HMI systems and industrial controls for troubleshooting
Experience with automated equipment, such as machine vision, robotics, motion systems, pneumatics, sensors, tooling and fixtures, welding, fastening, or automated inspection
Experience leading equipment projects and coordinating with equipment vendors
Root cause analysis experience
