Bachelor's degree.
At least ten (10) years of experience in technical procurement, materials management, or purchasing.
Experience with supplier qualification, ASME NQA-1, FAR/DFAR/DEAR regulations, and DOE facility operations.
Strong technical understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, quality control, and failure analysis.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Q clearance.
