Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing discipline.
At least 7 years of directly related experience in an industrial or manufacturing enrivonment.
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings and specifications.
Understanding of ANSI Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) preferred.
Experience developing APQP Core Tool documentation.
Working knowledge of milling, turning, grinding, and metal fabrication manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with gaging, performing gage R&R; studies, inspiection of machine compoenents, and other inspection methods.
Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods and analysis.
Working knowledge of Process Capability methods and analysis.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Must possess effective, clear, and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of personnel within and outside the organization.
Ability to travel as requiredb y the position.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Department of Defense (DOD) and/or a Department of Energy (DOE) clearance.
Must be a US Citizen.
