Knowledge of ISO9001 and DMAIC process tools
Machine and process capability studies, analysis of results, SPC, and other problem solving techniques
Thorough knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, problem solving, continuous improvement, TQM and GD&T;
Knowledge of MS office applications
Four year technical degree in engineering, manufacturing, or quality
Five years of experience in a technical capacity (engineering, manufacturing, or quality)
Employee may have to lift documents/work materials up to 45 pounds in weight.
Employee will have to be able to walk/climb to a variety of primary work locations, including traveling by air/auto to remote sites.
