Possess full and strong understanding of how the CNC will be milling components per the material being machined
Ability to design and manufacture fixtures that may be needed to complete the job
Excellent management skills
Know how to use measuring tools including, calipers, micrometers, thread gauges and wires, depth micrometers, etc.
Must be willing and able to wear Personal Protective Equipment
Must be able to operate in a heavy deadline environment
Must be an energetic self-starter and have a strong sense of urgency, and capable of following tasks through to completion
Excellent organization and proven verbal and written communication skills
Supervisory Responsibility
Must be able to speak, read and write English as part of the job
