Hands-on experience with 5-axis CNC machining.
Experience programming CNC equipment in high-mix or complex manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with Mazak machining centers and related technologies.
Experience with pallet automation systems and automated machining cells.
Working knowledge of ESPRIT EDGE or comparable CAM programming software.
Experience using SOLIDWORKS or other CAD modeling platforms.
Knowledge of CNC post-processor development, customization, and troubleshooting.
Experience with robotics, machine tending, automated material handling, or industrial automation systems.
Exposure to artificial intelligence, scripting, data analytics, or digital manufacturing technologies.
Experience leading continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or productivity improvement initiatives.
