5+ years Supervisory experience and proven ability to effectively lead individuals and teams.
10+ years experience and training in metal machine shop practices.
Expertise in operation and set up of both manual and CNC metal machining equipment
Knowledge in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
General CNC Programming capability for multiple platforms (Horizontal Mills, Vertical Mills, Sub-Spindle Lathes, etc.).
Must display and maintain a positive attitude.
Must have a continuous improvement mindset and be able to present and implement positive change
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to reach above shoulders
Ability to walk back and forth through-out facility
Ability to control operation with hand or foot
Ability to lift / carry up to 70 pounds.
Ability to turn wrist frequently in repetitive motion
