Proven ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, architectural drawings, and technical specifications.
Proficiency in operating loading and lift equipment, including proper rigging techniques. (company to provide certification training)
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage both internal employees and external subcontractors.
Absolute willingness to travel up to 200 miles from Louisville, KY to support regional project assignments.
Legal authorization to work in the United States and a clean driving record.
