5+ years of hands‑on experience performing preventive and predictive maintenance on power distribution and control equipment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated experience installing, maintaining, testing, and repairing circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, and related electrical, control, and automation equipment.
Strong knowledge of applicable health, safety, and electrical codes and standards, including CSA, NFPA, and UL requirements.
Proficient with general PC tools, including email, internet, data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and OneNote, as well as the ability to use smartphones and mobile applications for daily work tasks.
Ability to read and interpret detailed electrical schematics and mechanical drawings with accuracy and confidence.
