Starting salary range for position: $96,000-$130,000

Bonus: Annual – Based upon individual contribution and overall, Company performance

Paid Vacation: Three (3) weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering technology from an accredited college or university

5 + years in an industrial paper and/or corrugating environment or design engineering environment

AutoCAD expertise

Ability to travel 80% of the time

Can reside anywhere in lower 48 states with good access to reliable air transportation

Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence and persuade others

Excellent organization and planning skills

Ability to work well with consulting engineers, local utility providers, and local authorities having jurisdiction

Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and AutoCAD (or similar)

AutoCAD – creating drawings, general arrangements, concept layout, piping schematic/iso, basic civil/structural construction drawings

Up to a base salary of $125,000 plus bonus.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

2+ years of experience.

Experience with 2D design (AutoCAD).

Experience with 3D design.

Experience with structural steel design.

Experience designing complex systems, performing structural calculations, and delivering detail-oriented solutions.

Understanding of steel design, fabrication, erection, and building construction processes.

Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings.

Proven success in the timely management and documentation of engineering projects.

Willingness and ability to travel as needed to project sites and industry events – up to 5-10% of the time.

Project management experience is a plus.

Experience with an ERP system is a plus.

Experience with Epicor is a plus.

For 3D design, experience with SolidWorks and/or Tekla is a plus.

21+ years of age

License to drive - valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a driving record that meets Company's minimum standard

Commercial Vehicle Drivers must have the ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records

Touch freight – may need to lift, push or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds repeatedly

Flexibility – overtime as required, weekends and holidays as business needs require

1 year customer delivery experience preferred

6 months hand cart/hand truck experience preferred

6 months Food and Beverage experience preferred

2 years consistent work history preferred
