Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
Minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment or equivalent relevant industry experience.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, RedX, PDCA, or other structured problem-solving methodologies.
Working knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and IATF 16949 requirements.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
Candidates who have been offered the position must pass both screenings before their start date.
