Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5–10 years of progressive experience in commercial insurance and/or risk management, ideally within hospitality, energy services, oilfield services, construction, real estate, or another asset- and fleet-intensive industry.
Strong working knowledge of commercial property & casualty lines, including property, general liability, automobile, workers' compensation, umbrella/excess, and environmental coverage.
Demonstrated experience managing insurance program renewals and broker/carrier relationships.
Hands-on experience with claims administration, loss control, and reserve tracking.
Familiarity with reviewing contractual insurance requirements, including additional insured status, waivers of subrogation, and indemnification provisions.
Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting loss runs, exposure data, and actuarial reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to travel occasionally to operating sites and construction projects as needed.
