BS degree in engineering discipline or 5 years relevant experience
Proficient in gage metrology, with a strong understanding of measurement principles and practices
Ability to read and understand product drawings & GD&T.
Proficiency with computers and software programs including Microsoft Office (Word/ PowerPoint/ Excel)
Experience with usage of inspection techniques and knowledge of statistical sampling plans
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, and interact well with all levels of personnel
Have excellent decision-making, communication and organizational skills
Be able to manage multiple tasks and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously and have a strong sense of urgency
Experience with ISO 9001, TS 16949 or AS 9100 Quality Management System Standards
Familiarity with Statistical Process Control techniques
