Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Management, Facilities Management, or equivalent experience.
6 to 8 years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or maintenance leadership roles within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience supervising maintenance technicians, contractors, or technical teams.
Demonstrated experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment and industrial utility systems.
Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies.
Experience performing equipment failure analysis, root cause investigations, and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
Working knowledge of PLC-based manufacturing systems, industrial controls, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical equipment.
Experience managing maintenance budgets, capital expenditures, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, industrial safety requirements, and maintenance compliance programs.
Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and maintenance performance reporting.
Ability to climb ladders, work in elevated locations, and inspect equipment.
Ability to use appropriate PPE and follow all safety procedures.
