Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with a focus on Electrical Systems from an ABET accredited institution
Strong, demonstrated experience with building electrical system design, specifically low and medium voltage systems
Well-developed computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project) and functional knowledge of power study software (e.g., EasyPower, SKM, ETAP)
Ability to climb ladders and occasionally work at heights
Proficiency with fire alarm systems and emergency standby generator systems
6 or more years of relevant work experience
Strong working knowledge of the IBC, ADA, NFPA 70, 70E, 72, 101, and other relevant codes and industry standards, including CSI Masterformat and Uniformat standards
Occasional light lifting and hand tool use
