A two-year technical degree in electrical/mechanical technology or a minimum of 5 years of related education and practical experience is required.

Possess thorough knowledge of electronic schematics, measuring instruments, gages and meters.

Ability to understand or determine engineering design concepts and intentions in addition to literal written specifications.

Practical work/educational experience with computers: word processing and spreadsheets.

General understanding/usage of Google mail, sheets, and docs.

Lifting of equipment, frequent standing and bending.

Work in a plant environment. Some areas are narrow and difficult to maneuver.

CAD skills are beneficial.

This is a full time role, 30 hours weekly.

Shift times may start as early as 3:45 a.m.

Candidates must be local to Knox, Indiana.

High school graduate or equivalent.

Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.

Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.

Successful completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director, including demonstrated competency; this includes successful completion of USRC training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis within 8 weeks of hire.

CPR certification required within 90 days of hire or as required by the state.

Patient Care Technician certification must be obtained through a state certification program or national commercially available certification program within 18 months of hire date and maintained in good standing thereafter. Specific state requirements may be applicable and required.
