High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Ability to perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality and productivity.
Basic computer skills and ability to complete electronic or paper production documentation.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the work shift.
Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements associated with manufacturing operations.
Ability to lift and move materials and equipment within established safety guidelines.
Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and production chemicals while following required PPE and safety procedures.
Ability to maintain visual attention to small components and detailed manufacturing processes.
