Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years of mechanical and thermal engineering experience, including 7+ years in the electronics, storage, or semiconductor industry.

Strong expertise in SolidWorks, thermal modeling, and CFD simulation tools such as ANSYS Icepak, Fluent, or similar platforms, including AI-enabled design and validation workflows.

Hands-on experience with thermal management technologies, including heatsinks, thermal interface materials, vapor chambers, heat pipes, and liquid cooling solutions, as well as thermal and mechanical testing, validation, and failure analysis.

Deep understanding of mechanical design principles, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, GD&T;, tolerance analysis, DFM/DFA, product qualification methodologies, and demonstrated technical leadership across multi-functional teams.

Experience with DDR, LPDDR, PCIe, HBM, memory modules, storage subsystems, and AI accelerator platforms.

Solid understanding of JEDEC standards and data center/server hardware architectures.

Expertise in advanced thermal and cooling technologies for AI and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.

Familiarity with finite element analysis (FEA), mechanical reliability modeling, and product performance optimization.

Proven ability to collaborate with global suppliers and manufacturing partners, demonstrated by a history of innovation through patents, publications, or significant technical contributions.

Associate Science degree in Engineering, Technology, Electronics, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or a related technical field; OR a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical), Mathematics, Chemistry, or a related scientific field; OR an equivalent combination of specialized technical education and extensive field experience (minimum 5 years) in semiconductor equipment, automation systems, or precision manufacturing.

Experience troubleshooting and supporting semiconductor processing equipment and automated systems, including PLC-based controls (ladder logic and control algorithms).

Ability to read and apply engineering documentation such as P&IDs;, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings to diagnose and correct issues.

Hands-on capability to perform point-to-point wiring and soldering, assemble and bundle electrical wiring with proper labeling, and install valves, fittings, and plumbing components for leak-tight connections.

Working knowledge of safe tool operation and field documentation practices, including accurate time/material tracking in Global Shop

Previous experience operating CNC cutting machines.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;).

Strong shop math skills, including algebra and trigonometry.

Familiarity with machining processes, tooling, and machine setup procedures.

Ability to safely lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to stand and walk throughout the scheduled shift.

Ability to climb, balance, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, grasp, and handle tools or machine controls as needed.

Ability to work safely around CNC machinery and follow established operating procedures.

AAS or AS degree in Mechatronics, Science, Physics, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience through trade school or military training.

2+ years of experience in industry, manufacturing, lab, or cleanroom environments, or equivalent military experience.

2+ years of experience analyzing data using statistical and structured problem‑solving methods (e.g., Statistical Process Control).
