This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

6 years of electrical experience

Proven experience in quality management and commissioning within large-scale projects.

Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background and drug test

Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are advantageous.

Experience in developing and executing training programs is highly desirable.

$113,600.00 - $161,945.00

Bachelor's degree required.

Seven years (7+) years of experience in manufacturing engineering and quality management required.

In-depth knowledge, understanding and application of APQP tools, to include process flows, process FMEAs and control plans, to meet Quality and Reliability requirements and targets.

Experience in engineering systems to include CAD, PLM and MES systems.

Experience with lean principles and techniques to include Visual Management, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Cycle Time Reduction and Process Balancing, 5S, Set Up Reduction (SMED), and Kanban.

Safety Sensitive roles may require that you pass additional drug screening.
