7+ years of IT Support, Infrastructure Support, or Service Delivery experience.

3+ years of leadership experience managing support technicians or service teams.

Experience supporting enterprise-level environments with 1,000+ users.

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows administration, and endpoint management.

Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and reporting.

Proven ability to manage escalations, critical incidents, and executive-level support situations.

Experience creating KPI reports, operational dashboards, and service performance reviews.

Prior MSP, Managed Services, or Outsourcing experience.

ITIL Foundation Certification.

Experience managing onsite support operations across multiple locations.

Experience supporting manufacturing, corporate campus, or enterprise environments.

Experience managing staffing, hiring, onboarding, and technician development

Potential starting salary range: $69,398.62 - $111,595 annually

Potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary

Employees must successfully complete all required training, including applicable proficiency, licensing exam(s), Motor Vehicle Recrd (MVR) checks, and background checks required of various state(s).

May be required to complete Rope and Harness Safety Training

Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Risk Management, Insurance, Business, Construction Management or a similar discipline

Customer service experience (e.g., assisting customers, handling inquiries/concerns professionally, communicating clearly and empathetically), demonstrating transferable skills that support client interactions in a Claims environment

Understanding of property insurance concepts, including coverage fundamentals and general claim handling practices

Baseline knowledge of residential and commercial building construction and building components/materials

Familiarity with water mitigation principles and inspection processes

Working knowledge of Xactimate and XactContents
