Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
Knowledge of structural fitting techniques, welding preparation, and metal layout.
Relevant industry certifications as required by employer or project specifications.

Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods.
May be required to stand, walk, sit, reach/pull/push with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel regularly.
May lift or carry 50lbs. Weights exceeding 50lbs will require mechanical means to maneuver.
