3+ to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
4-year degree required, in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical and or Electro-Mechanical Engineer preferred
Solid knowledge base in battery manufacturing processes, preferably lead-acid batteries
Strong project management skill set
Proactive, ability to think in an overall business and financial manner
Motivated self-starter who is able to manage multiple tasks
Be able to work under pressure and as business needs
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, AutoCAD, and statistical software
Proficient in technical writer
Ability to guide, prioritize and execute own efforts with minimal direct supervision
Some work travel may be required
