Minimum of 10 years of project management, estimating, and production management experience in laser cutting, press brake operations, metal fabrication, amd manufacturing.
Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, CNC press brake operations, and manufacturing workflows.
Experience with AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, SigmaNEST, or other nesting/programming software.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD files, and bend specifications.
Experience preparing estimates, quotations, and production schedules.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/MRP manufacturing software.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
Must successfully pass pre-employment screening.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout an 8–10 hour workday.
Ability to work in year-round industrial and outdoor conditions.
Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
