Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts; Friday off ( On call availability based on need)

Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum of 10 years of experience in fixed equipment design, fabrication, inspection, repair, or related disciplines within petrochemical or refining facilities.

Extensive knowledge of ASME and API codes, equipment integrity practices, and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.

Ability to read, interpret, and apply Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;), engineering drawings, and construction documents.

Ability to work in an industrial plant environment, including confined spaces, elevated structures

Participation in on-call support as required.

Preferably with metallurgy-related experience or coursework.

Knowledge of API 571, API 574, API 575, and NBIC standards.

Experience using SAP maintenance and reliability systems.

Experience conducting Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) using methodologies such as Cause Mapping and TapRooT®.

Experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA).

Familiarity with fixed equipment design, assessment, and fitness-for-service software applications.
