Bachelor's degree
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in production planning, manufacturing coordination, scheduling, or operations support within a manufacturing environment
Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic environment that requires manual coordination and follow-through
Experience creating, maintaining, or supporting production routings, job travelers, work instructions, or digital work order systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to track multiple workstreams and drive action to closure
Experience supporting material tracking, movement, and/or shipping activities in a production environment
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Ability to work in a hands-on role that requires regular engagement with the manufacturing floor and cross-functional teams
Experience working with manufacturing systems, ERP/MRP tools, or digital work order systems preferred; however, the ability to succeed in a partially manual, highly coordinated planning environment is essential
U.S. Citizenship required
This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment
The salary range for this position is $69,051/year- $98,744/year
