High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, operating procedures, safety rules, and technical documentation.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts, including percentages, ratios, and proportions.
Ability to stand, walk, reach, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly, up to 25 lbs frequently, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment required.
Vision must meet inspection requirements, including at least Snellen 20/25 corrected or uncorrected in one eye.
Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety-toed footwear.
